Steps to Enrollment
1. Fill out the appropriate enrollment paperwork.
2. Gather the appropriate records
3. Schedule an interview. (new families only)
This meeting, scheduled for new families, allows us to get to know you and determine if The Rock Academy will be a good fit for you and your children.
Bring all paperwork (listed above) with you.
4. Submit a yearly plan. (all families)
5. Pay Registration Fees
6. Official Enrollment

- Student Enrollment,
- Teacher Agreement,
- Release of Liability,
- Financial Agreement
2. Gather the appropriate records
- Student Birth Certificate (copy)
- Immunization Record (original)
- Immunization Exemption (where applicable)
- School Entry Physical (for all students entering Kindergarten or a Florida school for the first time)
- Previous school records or latest grade card (high school students MUST bring a transcript of high school credits earned)
3. Schedule an interview. (new families only)
This meeting, scheduled for new families, allows us to get to know you and determine if The Rock Academy will be a good fit for you and your children.

4. Submit a yearly plan. (all families)
- All families will be required to submit a yearly academic plan for each child. TRA can help you with this plan.
- If you are new and need assistance, you may schedule an appointment and academic guidance will be provided.
- If your student is in 8th grade or higher, you will need to schedule a meeting to go over the 5-year plan to graduation and discuss the diploma options.
- Academic plans must be approved. The goal is to know that you have a plan and have chosen a path that will lead to a successful entrance into high school and ultimately to high school graduation.
- Curriculum must be approved for all home ed courses. If you are teaching a course at home, the curriculum must be approved. The core courses of Science and History are to be taught from a Christian world view.
5. Pay Registration Fees
- Registration fees are to be paid at the time of enrollment. See the Financial Contract for details
6. Official Enrollment
- Families are considered enrolled when all paperwork is received, approval is given, and the registration fees have been paid.
